Services & Subscriptions Refund Policy
Any funds paid to Navigate E2E are non-refundable once work has begun work on the job except for the below options within 15 days from the full payment date:
1. The service is not delivered after the full payment.
2. The service is unmatching the requirements mentioned in the contract.
3. The service is not activated after the full payment.
Products Refund Policy
In case of being fully dissatisfied with a product you have bought, Navigate E2E Company shall be pleased to pay you back only the value of the product you bought - as its discretion – within 30 days from the date of the refund request.
The paid amount will be returned to the same payment method used in the purchase and may take up to 30 days to return the amount again.
The item must be in the original packaging.
How to Request a Refund
Follow the steps below to get your refund request sent to us:

2. Send us an email with your request and the reason for the request on contact@navigateegypt.com Include your invoice number.
3. We will respond for your email within 48 working hours to process your refund.
